The lobby is beautiful. The rooms, while needing updating were clean and cool. Excellent air conditioning!!

Inside was just beautiful. The decor, the little river/stream that runs in it with the koi fish. Place was overall pretty clean. Had issue with our room, but was given another right away. Breakfast was absolutely delicious.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Beautiful lobby. The bartender was exceptional. Parking was conveninet Wasn't able to try the restaurant but would give it a try my next stay in Houston.

The lobby area with the coy pond was beautiful. I really enjoyed seeing that. Parking was free and easy to find

Almost all services. However, they should improve the issue of access for strangers in the room area. For example: Only guests should have access to the elevators on the floors where there are rooms

First time to Houston. We came to see our son. The hotel was probably built in the 70s on the Hyatt. Regency was building all the atrium with lakes. It was cool to see if they’ve done a great renovation and they keep it very clean. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was very good.

Good location and the staff was amazing. The koi fish were so cool but the food in the black and gold bar was so delicious!!!! We were sad we only had one dinner there. The breakfast was good as well but the flavor was weaker than dinner. Over all a perfect stay.

This is my family’s favorite hotel! We love the restaurant, the koi pond, convenient shop, pool, staff. This place is so great. The only thing I would suggest is 4 pillows per bed, but no big deal.
